Rosebank Junior School is a small English-medium state school, single stream and co-educational, situated near the Rondebosch Common in Cape Town. We provide tuition from Grade1 to Grade 7, including computer lessons, enrichment and remedial support, with an emphasis on environmental awareness. Every learner attends weekly music, art and library classes, and is exposed to a range of other cultural activities. There is enthusiastic participation in our sports program. In addition, various private extra-curricular activities are available for a fee, such as Mathletics, Hip-hop, Sports Hub, Curious Cubs, Tadpoles and private music lessons. We do not have an aftercare facility, but if necessary, arrangements can be made with aftercare services near by.

Or you can explore our website to find out more about what happens at our school, and the young and slightly older people who inhabit it.

School prayer:

This is our school, let peace dwell here.
Let the rooms be full of contentment.
Let love abide here,
Love of one another,
Love of mankind,
Love of love itself
And love of God.
Let us remember that as many hands build a house,
So many hearts make a school.
